How does Aquanetwork differ from other job boards?

Aquanetwork differs from other job boards by being a worldwide job bank just for aquaculture. Besides being a specialized job board, Aquanetwork aims to build a community for aquaculture and be the best platform to find online training, career advice and tips for corporate employees and candidates in the aquaculture industry.

How do I post a job?

To post a job on Aquanetwork:

  1. Go to aquanetwork.com in your web browser and register as Employer or by clicking here.
  2. Choose and buy job listing package by clicking here.
  3. Enter your job details and description by clicking here in your Employer Control Panel, and then you are ready to post your job. Please remember that the more information you provide, the better your chances are of finding that perfect candidate.

Is it free to post a job on Aquanetwork?

Most job posting can be published for free*. However, if you want to publish more job posts, extend posting duration and increase their visibility for job seekers, please check our job listing packages.

*Subject to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, job listing packages, credit limits of Aquanetwork.

Can I edit my job posting?

Yes, you can edit your job listing in your Employer Control Panel by clicking the Edit Job button next to your post posting in My Jobs, make the changes needed to your posting, and click the  “Save Job” button.

How can job seekers apply for my job posting?

Here is a quick step-by-step overview of how job seekers can search and apply for job postings:

  1. Job seekers can search for job postings or filter them by their criteria in the Newest jobs.
  2. Then, they can select a job posting by clicking on it.
  3. Finally, job seekers can apply for the selected job listing by clicking the Apply button. In this step, candidates should send you their resume and other application documents using our platform.

Am I notify when a candidate apply for my job posting?

Yes, you are. You receive job application notifications in your My Applications Section in your Employer Control Panel. In addition, when you are creating a job posting, you can configure if you want or not to receive job application notifications via email as well.

Can I create a shortlist of candidates?

YES, you can put a selected candidate on a shortlist by clicking the heart icon next to a candidate application. Then, you can access to your shortlisted candidates by clicking here. Also, you can rate your short candidates, add notes to a candidate application, and print or export candidate applications. Please remember that you must first register at the Aquanetwork website as Employer.

How can I contact candidates?

You can either email the candidates or messaging them using our internal messaging system available for you at any time in My applications section within your Employer Control Panel.

Can I print and download candidate resume from my Aquanetwork profile?

YES, you can easily print and download resumes of job candidates from your Aquanetwork profile.

How to download resume from Aquanetwork:

  1. From your Employer Control Panel, go to your My Jobs section.
  2. Click the Resume button from that job you would like to download resumes of job candidates.
  3. Click the PDF button below the resume of a job candidate.
  4. The selected resume will appear in a new tab. From here, you can print the resume by clicking the Print icon (image of a printer) in the upper right corner, or save it to your computer by clicking the Download icon (downward-facing arrow and horizontal line) and next to the Print icon.
  5. If you chose to save the selected resume, type a name for the file and click “Save”. The resume will be saved as a PDF by default unless you change the file type by clicking on the drop-down menu next to “Type” and select a different file type.

How to print resume from Aquanetwork:

  1. From your Employer Control Panel, go to your My Jobs section.
  2. Click the Resume button from that job you would like to print resumes of job candidates.
  3. Click the Print button below the resume of a job candidate.
  4. The selected resume will appear in a pop-up window. From here, you can print the resume by clicking the word Print in the upper right corner.
